Bruegger's adds breakfast wraps

BURLINGTON, Vt. — Bruegger's introduced two new wraps, the Rio Grande and the Classic Wrap. According to a news release, the Rio Grande wrap adds a Southwestern flavor, featuring jalapeno cream cheese, roasted red peppers, two eggs and a choice of bacon, ham or sausage rolled in a warm whole-wheat wrap. The Classic Wrap is a new twist on a traditional breakfast favorite with two eggs, two slices of cheddar cheese and a choice of bacon, ham or sausage rolled up in a warm whole wheat wrap.
"Not any breakfast sandwich can compete with our classic sandwiches served on our signature bagels," said Philip Smith, Bruegger's executive chef. "These new wraps stand up to the test and offer our guests a hearty and filling start to their morning."
