Bronx welcomes Cosi

Cosi today announced that it has entered into a franchise agreement with Sodexo Management Inc. to open a Cosi restaurant in Campbell Hall at Fordham University in Bronx, N.Y. The restaurant, expected to open this fall, will be the second Cosi location opening with Sodexo.

"I am pleased to be able to announce the opening of a second university site with Sodexo," said Stephen Edwards, Cosi president and CEO. "We look forward to working with Sodexo to bring the Cosi brand to the campus community at Fordham University where they can experience our freshly baked signature flatbread along with the rest of our fresh, hearth-inspired and hand-crafted menu offerings."
