Bräuburgers opens in Lynchburgh, Va.

Bräuburgers, a new "better burger" concept in Lynchburg, Va., recently opened and hopes to franchise, according to an article in the News and Advance.

With plans to franchise, (Owner Doug) Roh didn’t want Bräuburgers to be an exclusively-Angus joint, either, so he added a brats and franks section to the menu, brought the pork in on the party with a classic BLT and gave poultry lovers something to sing about with a fried chicken sandwich. He prefers to give his patrons options, and they can expect a selection of specialty burgers in the near future, but, as a general rule, simplicity was the desired effect.
