Bowl of Heaven signs multiunit deal in LA County

Bowl of Heaven has signed a 4-unit franchise deal for parts of Los Angeles County, including West Hollywood and Santa Monica. The company has partnered with Fransmart to expand through franchising and now has more than 50 units in development across California and Nevada.

According to a news release, the new franchisee, Felicia Marquez, worked with Fransmart Director of Development Jolly Khabrani to secure the deal, and plans to have the first unit open by in 2015 in either of her two secured cities, followed by a second location shortly thereafter. 

Marquez began her career in the restaurant industry, and was trained in French fine dining service while attending college at California State University of Long Beach. She has worked for top chefs across both French and Italian cuisines.
