Boudin Bakery to open in Chicago

SAN FRANCISCO — Boudin Bakery has announced that the company's new fast-casual restaurant concept, Boudin SF, will open in the Chicago suburb of Lombard. 
 
In addition to serving full breakfast, lunch and dinner, Boudin SF also will feature take-out, catering and a children's menu.
             
The restaurant is slated to open Oct. 9, 2007. Opening-day festivities include a Boudin bread giveaway in which the first 100 people in line will receive complimentary Boudin sourdough bread every day for one year.
