Boneheads Grilled Fish and Piri Piri Chicken, an Atlanta-based fast casual restaurant concept, has developed a new store design and prototype, the brand's first since its inception in 2005. Featuring modern updates, including a new color scheme, graphics, signage, furniture and lighting, the new store prototype is designed to provide customers and current and prospective franchisees with an engaging and comfortable experience, said James Walker, a member of Boneheads' board of directors.
"With our upgraded furniture choices, uniform color scheme and new experiential menu technologies, we've definitely elevated the entire feel," he said.

The new design boasts a clean, color palette dominated by bold blue hues. New interactive, digital menu boards will showcase Boneheads' dishes via multimedia, including cooking demonstrations, and will be constantly refreshed with new content.
"An enhanced customer experience was the chief motivating factor for these changes," Walker said. "But we also wanted to help franchisees and potential franchisees every step along the way to implement this design as efficiently as possible. With this new design, we can do just that."
