Boneheads Grilled Fish & Piri Piri Chicken set to expand

LAKE FOREST, Calif. — Boneheads Grilled Fish & Piri Piri Chicken is set to open 24 restaurants in Southern California over the next few years. Boneheads April 30 announced its market entry location in Lake Forest, Calif., and will celebrate its grand opening May 4.

Southern California businessmen Morgan Smith and Jack Demers partnered to form Hungry Ventures, the company that will open 24 Boneheads locations across the region.

Boneheads' Piri Piri sauces won multiple awards at the 2006 Scovie Awards competition. The Scovie Awards recognize top fiery foods from around the globe. The common ground for the Piri Piri sauces is always lemon juice and the famed African Birdseye Chili.
