boloco has named Alexandra Dunk as its new marketing manager. Dunk’s responsibilities will include executing boloco’s day-to-day marketing and social media strategy, implementing promotions restaurant-wide, and planning Free Burrito Day.
According to a press release, Dunk joins boloco with several years of experience within the foodservice industry. Her experience began at L’Espalier, Sel de la Terre, and Formaggio Kitchen and she recently worked in management at Georgetown Cupcake. Prior to boloco, Dunk worked as an independent consultant helping Boston and New York food start-ups develop marketing strategies.
