Cait Simmons has joined the Boloco team as its human resources and brand development manager.
Simmons previously held a marketing specialist position at MC Communications, where she created and implemented marketing tactics for the 2010 AIA National Convention. Her duties included developing strategic communications plans, and corresponding with exhibitors and attendees through e-mail and direct mail campaigns, grass roots marketing initiatives, and social media outreach.Simmons also developed her marketing experience through a specialist position at Sebastians, a foodservice organization in Boston. She supported all marketing, merchandising and event planning efforts at the company, as well as assisted in all communications and press-related activities.Simmons earned a Bachelor's Degree in English and Literature from Smith College in Northampton, Mass.
Boloco is a Boston-based group of 16 restaurants located throughout New England that serve traditional and inspired burritos, bowls, salads, smoothies. It also was the first chain of restaurants in New England to become certified green by the Green Restaurant Association.
