Bodega Taqueria y Tequila launching national expansion

Bodega Taqueria y Tequila — South Florida's fast casual taco joint by day and speakeasy lounge by night — is kicking off a national expansion plan for its Chicago location opening by spring at 912 W. Randolph St. A second Chicago location will open by summer in the River North District at 407 N. Clark St.
"We are thrilled that our first Bodega Taqueria y Tequila outside of our home state of Florida will be in Chicago's high energy and food-driven Fulton Market District," Jared Galbut, CEO and co-founder, said in a company press release. "Our menu will mirror that of all of our locations, though we will add seasonal options inspired by Chicago's food and craft cocktail scene."
The flagship Bodega Taqueria y Tequila opened in South Beach in 2015, followed by four additional locations in Fort Lauderdale, Aventura, West Palm Beach and Coconut Grove. In addition to the two Chicago openings, Bodega is on course to double its footprint in the next two years with three locations opening by year's end in Coral Gables and Miami, Florida, as well as a 2024 restaurant in Nashville, Tennessee.
Founded by Menin Hospitality's Keith Menin and Jared Galbut, Bodega Taqueria y Tequila offers an array of Mexican street food along with a nightlife experience serving tequila and cocktails.
