Bluestone Lane taps former Sweetgreen leader, Retail Zoo execs

Bluestone Lane, an Australian-inspired cafe, has hired Amy Hom as COO and chief people officer and Jack Brennan as VP of supply chain and strategic projects.

Hom, who most recently led strategic operations initiatives at Reef Technologies, has worked for Sweetgreen, Red Robin and Wolfgang Puck.

Brennan worked for the Australian hospitality group Retail Zoo leading the Cibo Express Cafe brand, licensing and CPG product business.

Bluestone Lane owns and operates over 60 coffee shops and cafes in the U.S.
