Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza has signed a multi-unit deal to grow the brand's presence in southern Louisiana. Restaurant owner-operators, Kaleb and Khai Duong joined with Jacob Strider to sign the agreement to open five Blaze Pizza locations between Baton Rouge and New Orleans.
An opening date for the first unit was not in a news release about the deal. However, it did say that the three men also own multiple Mooyah locations in the Big Easy, as well as several frozen yogurt restaurants and a Louisiana construction business.
"With enthusiasm for the build your own pizza category and proven franchise success, Kaleb, Khai and Jacob are a perfect fit for Blaze Pizza," Blaze Pizza Chief Development Officer Carolyne Canady, said in the release.
Blaze now has more than 340 restaurants in 41 states and six countries.
