Blaze signs Dunkin' franchisee to 3 Dallas-area units

Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza is adding three more restaurants to the Dallas region, joining a dozen other current Texas stores. Franchise partner,  Kanti Dalsania, has signed a deal to lead the brand's development further west of Dallas, a news release said. 

As a multi-unit Dunkin Donuts franchisee, Kanti Dalsania and his group join the brand with franchise industry knowledge, especially in the quick service field. 

"What impresses us most about this group is their obvious enthusiasm for the brand," Blaze President International and Chief Development Officer Carolyne Canady, said in the news release.

"We are looking for operating teams who can translate enthusiasm to their crew members, as well as the franchise system, and this team has shown that energy from our initial conversations. Plus, they're in a hot market, so we're bound to see their business grow at a rapid pace." 

Today, Blaze Pizza has more than 340 restaurants in 41 states and six countries.
