Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza, a fast casual artisanal pizza concept, will open its first Minnesota restaurant in St. Louis Park today. To celebrate the grand opening, the restaurant will offer free build-your-own artisanal pizzas on Friday, July 17, from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. to anyone who follows Blaze Pizza on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook, the company said in a press release.
Blaze also opened a central California restaurant in Tulare today, which will also celebrate with free pizza on July 17 from 10:30 a.m. to midnight.
The company's 80th restaurant is set to open next month in Las Vegas. The chain has a pipeline of more than 400 restaurants set to open in 42 states, Washington, D.C. and Canada by 2020. With the opening of its 80th location, Blaze Pizza will be operating in 20 states. Blaze announced plans last week for a 5,000-square-foot flagship restaurant at Disney Springs in Walt Disney World Resort at Lake Buena Vista, FL, to open in 2016.
