Blaze pizza stakes out new locations in Ontario, Texas

Blaze pizza announced this week that it is opening two locations in North America.

The chain's Inland Empire location, in Ontario, opens Tuesday, June 28. That Wednesday, customers can celebrate the opening with free build-your-own pizzas for those who first sign up as social media followers for the brand on Instagram, Twitter or Facebook. 

The Ontario Mills Mall location will offer community members a chance to participate in its turn-key in-restaurant fundraiser program. Organizations that hold fundraising or other events at the restaurant get to keep 20 percent of the proceeds to benefit their objectives and needs.  

Meanwhile, down much further south in Houston, Texas, the chain will open a location soon at Webster Village, according to a news release. 

That restaurant also is using a number of recycled, sustainable materials and energy-efficient LED lighting in its design, as well as compostable packaging for its food offerings, according to a news release. The features are part of an ecologically centered program throughout the chain.
