Thursday is a big day for Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza when the chain opens the doors to three units across the country. Locations include a 2,500-square-foot unit in San Marcos, California, a 3,000-square-foot open kitchen restaurant with seating for 79 opens at 1561 Niagara Falls Blvd., Buffalo, New York, and a 2,300-square-foot restaurant with seating for 48 and an exterior patio in Champagne, Illinois.
"Our mission at Blaze is really simple — we're taking pizza back to its roots,” Jim Mizes, president and CEO of Blaze Pizza, said in a company press release. "By making dough in-house, using carefully sourced ingredients, and cooking by fire, we're giving guests a great way to enjoy artisanal pizza without the wait. It's changing the way people think about and eat pizza."
