Blaze opens Ontario store this week

Blaze Pizza will open an Ontario store on Guelph Line in Burlington on Thursday, Feb. 21, followed on Feb. 22 by free pizzas for anyone who visits and also follows Blaze on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook, a news release said.

The Burlington restaurant is constructed with recycled and sustainable materials, uses eco-friendly packaging and features energy-efficient LED lighting and will become a workplace for 50 people in the area. The location was developed by Canada by Cypress Five Star Inc., which operates 71 Canadian restaurants. The company's development area for Blaze Pizza includes the Canadian provinces of Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba and Saskatchewan.  

"We are excited to open our fifteenth Blaze Pizza restaurant in Canada, and we look forward to opening more in the near future," Cypress Five Star Vice President of Blaze Pizza Operations Jared Taylor, said in the release.
