Blaze landing in Lincoln

Blaze Fast Fire'd Pizza will open Thursday in Lincoln, Nebraska, a news release said.

The restaurant is celebrating by giving a free build-your-own pizza to anyone who visits the location between 10 a.m. and 10 p.m. Friday and follows the brand on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook.

The 2,900-square-foot restaurant was constructed with recycled and sustainable materials, uses eco-friendly packaging, and features energy-efficient LED lighting. Additionally, the restaurant offers a turnkey in-restaurant fundraiser program that returns 20 percent of event proceeds back to local organizations and will be partnering with local schools, sports clubs and other organizations to host fundraising events.
