Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza announced that it will open a new Los Angeles location tomorrow in Cerritos.

Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza announced that it will open a new Los Angeles location tomorrow in Cerritos. The new restaurant, which features a 2,400-square-foot interior with seating for 50 inside and an outdoor patio, is located at 11269 183rd St., near Buffalo Wild Wings, according to a company press release. The restaurant will be operated by the Driz/Koral Group, led by Peter Koral, founder of premium denim brand "Seven for All Mankind," and Daniel Driz, who has more than 30 years of experience in the industry.

"Blaze Pizza is very unique. High quality ingredients, awesome value and blazing fast! I couldn't be more excited," Koral said.

To celebrate the grand opening, the restaurant will offer free build-your-own pizzas from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday to anyone who follows Blaze Pizza on Instagram, Twitter, or Facebook.

"Our mission at Blaze is really simple — we're taking pizza back to its roots," said Jim Mizes, president & COO of Blaze Pizza. "By making dough in-house, carefully sourcing ingredients, and cooking by fire, we're giving guests a great way to enjoy artisanal pizza without the wait. It's changing the way people think about and eat pizza."

Blaze Pizza has developed a turn-key in-restaurant fundraiser program that returns 20 percent of an event's proceeds back to local organizations, and will be partnering with local schools, sports clubs and other organizations to host fundraising events at the new restaurant, the release stated.
