Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza will open its first Bowling Green, Kentucky, location in May.

Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza will open its first Bowling Green, Kentucky, location in May. The restaurant will be located on Scottsville Road near Greenwood Mall and Starbucks. This marks the fourth Blaze Pizza in Kentucky, according to a company press release.

"Blaze Pizza is thrilled to expand to yet another thriving and charismatic city in the Commonwealth," said Mike Niznik, operating partner for Blaze Pizza in Bowling Green. "Now even more Kentuckians will be able to enjoy the high-quality, modern and fast pizza experience that Blaze offers its guests. Our one-of-a-kind, interactive pizza concept is a much-needed addition to Bowling Green's dining scene."

The restaurant will be constructed with recycled and sustainable materials, use energy-efficient LED lighting and will feature eco-friendly, compostable packaging, the release stated. The 3,500-square-foot interior will include seating for more than 90 inside and an additional 25 seats on an outdoor patio.

The new Bowling Green Blaze Pizza will be operated by Millennial Restaurant Group, which continues to develop the concept throughout Kentucky, Tennessee and Florida. The partnership consists of James Patterson Sr, Jim Patterson II, Ulysses (Junior) Bridgeman, Wayne Albritton and Collins Cogan.
