Blaze Fast-Fire'd Pizza announced that in March it will open two new South Florida locations, in Royal Palm Beach and Palm Beach Gardens. The openings mark the fourth and fifth South Florida locations, respectively, for Blaze Pizza, according to a company press release.
The Royal Palm Beach restaurant, which will feature a 2,300-square-foot interior with seating for 54, will open at The Shoppes at Isla Verde, 250 South State Road 7. The Palm Beach Gardens restaurant, featuring 1,800 square feet and seating for 60, will open at 4665 PGA Blvd.
"At Blaze, we're all about creating an engaging dining experience where guests can enjoy artisanal pizza that's both fast and affordable," said Jim Mizes, president and COO of Blaze Pizza. "The authenticity of our food — plus a service culture that genuinely focuses on the happiness of our guests and crew — have been key to our popularity and expansion."
The new restaurants will be constructed with recycled and sustainable materials, use energy-efficient LED lighting and will feature eco-friendly, compostable packaging, the release stated.
Blaze Pizza Franchise Partner Adam Cummis said he is looking forward to developing strong ties with community groups. Blaze restaurants promote a turnkey fundraiser program that returns 20 percent of an event's proceeds back to the organization, helping schools, sports clubs and other local groups.
"We couldn't be more excited to open additional locations in South Florida, offering residents high-quality, customizable pizza, without the wait," Cummis said.
Blaze Pizza's South Florida expansion is being led by an investment group headed by Levy Family Partners and including NBA All-Star LeBron James. Levy Family Partners was established by entrepreneur Larry Levy, founder of Levy Restaurants. In addition to the franchise development agreement in Florida, the group is developing Blaze Pizza in the Chicago market.
