Blaze brings keto crust back with 3 more 'Life Mode' pies

Need proof keto diets are popular? Ask Blaze Pizza, which sold out of its popular keto crust in test markets soon after the brand introduced the six-carb crust variation. That's why the Blaze said this week it has brought keto crust back to meet that demand nationwide.

"We saw enthusiasm in our test markets, but with the national launch, demand soared.  Once the news went viral to guests embracing the Keto lifestyle, we completely depleted our stock in less than a week," Blaze Pizza Executive Chef, Bradford Kent, said in the announcement. "As the first national chain to unveil a Keto Crust, we're excited to once again give those following Keto dietary guidelines a chance to get their pizza back."

The brand is also returning its keto and protein pizzas to a lineup of four new "Life Mode" pies, which also includes vegetarian and vegan. Life Mode pizzas are exclusively available to customers online or via Blaze's mobile app. 

The Life Mode Keto pizza has spicy red sauce, mozzarella, ovalini mozzarella, bacon, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms and spinach, while the Protein pie has regular red sauce, mozzarella, Italian meatballs, smoked ham, grilled chicken, black olives, green bell peppers and oregano. The Vegan pizza has an original dough crust, red sauce, vegan cheese, spicy vegan chorizo, mushrooms, red onions, green bell peppers, basil and olive oil drizzle, while Vegetarian pies have a cauliflower crust, red sauce, mozzarella, ricotta, artichokes, kalamata olives, red onions and spinach.

Blaze now has 341 restaurants in 42 states and five countries.
