Black Seed Bagel opens 10th location

Black Seed Bagels has opened its 10th location in a 700-square-foot shop inside the MetLife building at 200 Park Ave., in New York City, according to a company press release.

Black Seed sources its ingredients from like-minded purveyors, buying pasture-raised eggs from Vital Farms, King Arthur high-gluten flour from Vermont, smoked salmon specially made for Black Seed by Catsmo Smokehouse, Stumptown Coffee roasted in Ridgewood and Queens Milk from Battenkill Valley Creamery.

Black Seed is independently owned, founded and operated by proprietors Noah Bernamoff, Matt Kliegman and James Beard award-nominated head baker Dianna Daoheung
