Big Dave's rolls out regional LTOs

Big Dave's Cheesesteaks is rolling out limited-time and regional menu items this fall, including the "Spicy Jawn" and the permanent regional additions ,"Truffle Shuffle" and "Southern Buffalo."
The limited-time offerings will be available at all locations through Nov. 11. They are:
- Spicy Jawn: This cheesesteak features seasoned halal steak, sautéed onions, hot peppers, white American and provolone cheeses, all topped with a signature jalapeño ketchup.
- Crib Chips: These house-made lattice-cut potato chips are tossed in the brand's signature seasoning blend.
- Strawberry Dragonfruit Tractor Beverage: An organic craft drink with a blend of strawberry and pomegranate flavors.
Big Dave's is also adding two new regional items to its permanent menu:
- Truffle Shuffle: Available at Atlanta, Charlotte, North Carolina, and Central Florida locations, this cheesesteak includes seasoned halal steak, sautéed onions and mushrooms, Cooper Sharp white American and provolone cheeses and a black truffle mayonnaise.
- Southern Buffalo: Available at South Carolina locations, it combines seasoned halal chicken, buffalo sauce, creamy pimento cheese, white American cheese and a ranch dressing.
"At Big Dave's, we're always finding ways to keep the menu exciting while staying true to our roots," founder and CEO Derrick Hayes said in a company press release. "The Spicy Jawn delivers that authentic heat our fans crave, while our regional additions like the Truffle Shuffle and Southern Buffalo show how we're listening to what each market loves most."
Founded by Hayes, a West Philadelphia native, Big Dave's Cheesesteaks has expanded from a small gas station shop into a rapidly growing fast-casual brand. In 2025, the company was named to Fast Casual's Top 100 Movers & Shakers list.
The new menu items are available in-restaurant and through participating delivery platforms.
