Shaquille O'Neal-owned Big Chicken has launched a rewards program using Thanx's proprietary credit card integration, creating a data-driven, frictionless and personalized user experience where guests earn redeemable points in the form of Bok Bucks with every purchase.

Throughout March, guests who sign up online or through the Big Chicken app will earn 200 bonus Bok Bucks that can be redeemed for a variety of exclusive offers and VIP experiences that embody the brand's core value of BIG fun.

"Creating true loyalty ultimately comes down to understanding what people value most," CEO Josh Halpern said in a company press release. "Our number one goal is to drive BIG fun for our guests, so we set out to create a loyalty program that not only focuses on exclusive deals but also allows them to redeem their points for experiences that resonate with their individual desires. We found a perfect partner in Thanx, and together we built this program to be unlike any other in the QSR space."

In addition to this month's bonus rewards, guests will receive offers throughout the year and on birthdays.

"Thanx is thrilled to partner with this star-backed brand. As the concept expands, Big Chicken can now leverage our customizable tools, simplifying the process of personalizing each loyalty member experience, mirroring the brand's commitment to individualized service," Zach Goldstein, CEO and founder of Thanx, said in the release.

With 350-plus locations in development nationwide for the brand, Big Chicken has locations open in Las Vegas; Los Angeles; Seattle; Houston; Tannersville, Pennsylvania; Fayetteville, Arkansas; Clio, Michigan; Carson City, Nevada; Gilbert, Arizona; Rosemont, Illinois and in the Dayton, Ohio region, as well as in Seattle's Climate Pledge Arena, metro-New York's UBS Arena, The Comcast Center in Philadelphia, The Moody Center in Austin, ASU's Mullett Arena, Palm Springs' Acrisure Arena, St. Louis's Busch Stadium, Arizona's Footprint Center, Kansas City International Airport and on four Carnival Cruise ships.
