Bibigo Kitchen will open Oct. 21 at Westfield Century City Mall in Los Angeles, a news release said. This follows the May opening of its first San Diego location.
Jun Hwang, a veteran chef with over 18 years of cooking experience, has developed a menu that honors traditional Korean cuisine with playful twists and techniques that brings handcrafted culinary excellence and creativity to the forefront of fine-casual dining in Los Angeles.
"The opening of our Los Angeles location represents tremendous growth for the Bibigo Kitchen brand, especially going into such an incredible location like Westfield Century City Mall," said Bibigo Kitchen Chef Jun Hwang. "Designed to illuminate the taste of contemporary Korean cuisine, our Los Angeles menu delivers a dynamic collection of cross-cultural dishes featuring a mix of local and international flavors in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. We are so excited to share it with the community."
Guests can order from Bibigo Kitchen's signature Korean BBQ grill items, available as a plate or hot stone, featuring entrees such as Beef Bulgogi and Vegan Dduk as well as a selection of tapas-style small plates. The store features an open kitchen, center island bar, booths or patio seating with green walls and natural wood elements.
It is an elevated sister concept of the fast-casual to-go concept Bibigo with a location in the Westfield Century City Mall food court.
