B.Good to open three Chicago locations

October 24, 2018

Farm-to-table chain B.Good is gearing up to make a splash in Chicago, with plans to open three locations in the metropolitan area.

The first, in Vernon Hills, will open Oct. 25, with Schaumburg and Naperville locations opening in mid-December, according to a press release.

The 15-year-old Boston-based brand is partnering with local farmers and sourcing partners in the quest to deliver "food with roots," a sustainable, wholesome food prepared fresh in the restaurant.

"We have always wanted to be in Chicago, and in looking at our growth plans, the timing was right. We found the Chicago market has been underserved when it comes to locally grown, healthy fast-casual options, and I am excited to introduce B.Good and all we have to offer to help fill that void," said Chris Fuqua, CEO of B.Good, in the release.

B.Good has 70 locations worldwide, with more than 50 in the U.S. and additional openings slated in the greater Albany and Charlotte markets later this year.

To celebrate the stores, all three locations will host grand openings, featuring live music, smoothie samples and prize giveaways. Additionally, the stores will run a kids eat free promotion daily, with the purchase of an adult entrée, for the first few months after opening. Following the initial offer, the promotion will run every Tuesday and Thursday.
