Beef-a-Roo is opening locations in Pittsburg, Kansas, and Joplin, Missouri, by year's end.

Beef-A-Roo is seeking experienced entrepreneurs to expand the multi-brand portfolio across the Midwest. There is a franchise fee of $49,999 with a total investment of $467,195 -$1,454,600.
Founded 56 years ago, the chain has 17 locations.
