Bd's Mongolian Grill offering new menu, Fu Man Brew Mug-Stache mugs

Bd's Mongolian Grill is rolling out a trio of new menu items this holiday season, according to a company press release. Now through Dec. 31, the menu will feature:

Hunters Stew: A Polish stew made with meats, potatoes and root vegetables.

Bacon Fried Rice: A fresh blend of chopped bacon, carrots, onions, eggs, bean sprouts, green onions and a dash of garlic, tossed in white rice then seasoned with bd's blend of spices and Asian sauces.

Fried Mint Oreos: Four regular or mint Oreo cookies deep fried to a golden perfection in a cake-like batter with a scoop of vanilla ice cream and hot fudge dipping sauce.

"Our new dishes capture the taste of the season and offer some of the best flavor combinations we've ever introduced to the menu," said Joe Phraner, president and COO at bd's Mongolian Grill.

The chain is also offering 25-ounce Fu Man Brew Mug-Stache collector's mugs for $7.99 that encourage customers to take pictures with their Mug-Staches and post to their favorite social media sites, including Instagram, Twitter and Facebook, tagging it with #bdsmugstache. Anytime during the promotion that a guest brings back their Fu Man Brew mug, or any other bd's collector's mug they have accrued over the years, they can have it refilled with a draft beer or soft drink for just $4.50.

Due to their popularity, Sam Adams OctoberFest and Winter Lager will be the featured draft beers during the promotional period, according to the release.

Party time

For a limited time, groups of six or more that book a holiday party with bd's will receive a 15-percent discount and $5 coupon, along with fun party favors.

Diners who buy gift cards also get gifts in return. For every $25 in gift cards purchased, they will receive a $5 Go Mongo card plus $240 worth of of bd's coupons. Digital gift cards are also available, which allow guests to purchase and e-mail gift cards to family and friends.
