Baristas expands into eastern and central Pennsylvania

Baristas Coffee Company, Inc. announced that BMOC Partners, who is a Baristas master franchiser, has completed the lease agreements for its third franchised Baristas Coffee Company location, serving eastern and central Pennsylvania.

Baristas Coffee Company, Inc. announced that BMOC Partners, who is a Baristas master franchiser, has completed the lease agreements for its third franchised Baristas Coffee Company location, serving eastern and central Pennsylvania.

The location in the 800,000 square foot super-regional shopping center Schuylkill Valley Mall, on the fringes of the Philadelphia DMA and the massive Susquehanna River valley, will be located in the center of the mall's food court area, adjoining Pearl Cinemas and neighboring national brands Arby's and Subway.

The 1,600 square foot eatery is the largest to date in the continuation of the BMOC development plan for Baristas franchises. This location will have a dedicated cafe seating area for guests, further expanding the cafe experience. The location also boasts a mezzanine office suite for BMOC's expanding Baristas operations in the area. The cafe is currently scheduled to open on or before Memorial Day weekend.

Baristas CEO Barry Henthorn said in a statement: "This new location will be the third to open under our Master Franchise agreement with BMOC Partners. It also marks an expansion of the Baristas Brand into formidable food offerings and sit-down, walk-in traffic. The experience–an understanding of the food services industry and multi-location duplication that BMOC brings to the table–is paying dividends."
