Bareburger, a family of organic burger restaurants, is using Buxton's SCOUT platform to identify the best market opportunities for growth in the U.S. and Canada.

Bareburger, a family of organic burger restaurants, is using Buxton's SCOUT platform to identify the best market opportunities for growth in the U.S. and Canada. Buxton's custom analytic solutions will allow Bareburger to quantify growth potential and select the best sites for new locations, according to a company press release.

"The communities where we've located have been a critical component of our success over the past six years," said Euripides Pelekanos, Bareburger CEO and co-founder. "As Bareburger matures, we're applying more sophisticated data analysis to the management of our business. The SCOUT platform will help us identify new communities and new locations within our existing communities where we can grow the Bareburger family.

As a Buxton client, Bareburger will receive a customized real estate model delivered through Buxton's web-based SCOUT platform, said Stephen Polanski, senior vice president of sales at Buxton. Bareburger will be able to analyze potential sites, run demographic reports, and create unlimited market expansion scenarios.
