WOWorks, the parent company of several health-focused restaurant chains, has launched a suite of limited-time menu offerings across its Barberitos, Garbanzo Mediterranean Fresh and Saladworks.
The 2026 winter lineup emphasizes high-protein ingredients and calorie-conscious customization, targeting consumers looking to reset dietary habits.
"As people reset routines in January, they want meals that feel good, taste great, and align with personal wellness goals," Alisa Kahn, vice president of marketing at WOWorks, said in a statement.

The move comes as fast casual brands increasingly compete for "better-for-you" market share, particularly during the first quarter when wellness-related spending typically peaks.
Chef Cole Thompson, vice president of culinary at WOWorks, said the LTOs were designed to showcase seasonal ingredients without sacrificing flavor.
"From protein-rich bowls to lighter salads, these dishes offer something for every lifestyle goal," Thompson said in the release.
Based in St. Petersburg, WOWorks was founded in 2020 and manages a portfolio of brands focused on nutritious dining.
