California Tortilla is offering Bangkok shrimp tacos, quesadillas and bowls inspired by the exotic flavors of Thailand.

California Tortilla is offering Bangkok shrimp tacos, quesadillas and bowls inspired by the exotic flavors of Thailand, according to a company press release.

The shrimp, tossed in a sweet red chili sauce, comes in three variations:

• Bangkok Shrimp Quesadilla: a grilled Quesadilla loaded with Bangkok shrimp, green onions, and Monterey Jack cheese.
• Bangkok Shrimp Tacos: Bangkok shrimp, shredded romaine, corn, and green onions wrapped in a tortilla.
• Bangkok Shrimp Bowl: Bangkok shrimp on a bed of Mexican rice, grilled peppers and onions, and shredded rmaine, garnished with corn, tomato chunks, and green onions and drizzled with sweet red chili sauce.
