Ballard Brands rebranding Wow Café to Wow American Eats

Ballard Brands, a Louisiana hospitality company, is unveiling a rebrand of Wow American Eats complete with a new logo, restaurant remodel and a refocus on its menu, service and customer experience.

The first re-branded store opened this month in Covington, Louisiana, according to a press release.

The refreshed service model promises faster and more convenient service with an easier ordering process. The revamp includes a counter service as well as an iPourIt self-serve beer station where customers won't have to wait in line or wait for a server.

"Wow has been a mainstay in the New Orleans area for nearly 20 years. With a renewed focus on classic American dishes and flavors in a modern, fast-casual environment, we're excited to relaunch the restaurant to our guests with its new look and menu," said Peter Boylan, president of Ballard Brands, in the release. "Our team has been hard at work to develop fresh and authentic dishes, as well as improving the overall customer experience."

The menu, still heavily focused on wings, now offers a selection of 10 different scratch-made sauces and unique garnishes. New menu items include crab cake hush puppies and burgers made with a blend of brisket and ground beef chuck.
