Baker Bros signs area developer in Arkansas

DALLAS — Baker Bros. American Deli, a fast-casual concept headquartered here, has executed an exclusive area development agreement with Lawrence and Sherry Perry of SK&P Enterprises Inc. to open several Baker Bros. American Deli restaurants in northwest Arkansas. 

 

The newly formed company has the exclusive rights to develop three Baker Bros restaurants in the counties of Benton, Washington, Crawford and Sebastian, which stretch from Bentonville to Fort Smith. 

 

Founded in 1999 by Ken Reimer and Tom Dahl, Baker Bros. currently operates eight company stores and one franchise store in Dallas. The restaurants typically operate in high-visibility strip centers. The stores occupy 2,500 to 3,500 square feet and seat 120 to 160 people.
