FastCasual.com is offering a free webinar on Sept. 4 entitled Ingredient of the Year - Fresh Ideas for Adding Avocados to Your Menu.

The webinar will begin at 2 p.m. eastern time.

The expert panel will include Steve Schimoler, consulting chef for AOL and culinary ambassador for Avocados from Mexico; Laura Slavec, marketing director for Avocados from Mexico; and Julia Marino, consultant with Ketchum.

James Bickers, senior editor of RetailCustomerExperience.com, will host the webinar.

The panel will discuss the benefits of avocados, consumer demand, and applications for avocados including sauces, desserts, snacks, cocktails and more.
