Andy Jacobs joins Organic To Go

SEATTLE — Andrew (Andy) Jacobs has joined the Organic To Go executive team as senior vice president of operations, the company announced.
Prior to joining Organic To Go, Jacobs worked with Costco Wholesale since 1991, directing all U.S. food-service operations and focusing on business related to food court and deli operation. He also oversaw the growth and expansion of Costco's food court and service deli departments to more than $500 million in annual sales.
Before working at Costco, Jacobs worked as a consultant and operator in restaurant management, restaurant real estate, and food service contract management.
