Analyst looks to fast-casual segment for growth

Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel: Even though the restaurant industry is growing, economic factors such as high gas prices could put a damper on that trend. Fast-casual restaurants such as Chipotle Mexican Grill and Panera Bread could get a boost, however, as consumers shift their business away from higher-priced operations.
