Professional NASCAR driver Bobby Reuse and his partner, Bonita Riddle, are hoping to score big with Hoover, Alabama residents by opening the state's first I Heart Mac & Cheese on Dec. 21.
"I think for both Bonita and myself we are excited, anxious and also relieved," Reuse said in a company press release. "We have been talking this up to all of our friends and family for almost two years. It is going to be so much fun to open that door and let them experience why we are so passionate about all of the delicious options that I Heart Mac and Cheese has on the menu. Equally, we are excited about the catering side of the business as it will be a significant part of this venture going forward."
Based in Florida, I Heart Mac & Cheese has 35 locations.
