Ahipoki opens 9th restaurant in North Scottsdale, Arizona

Ahipoki opened the doors this week to its newest location at 9301 E. Shea Blvd., in Scottsdale, Arizona

Since its first restaurant opening in April of 2016 in central Scottsdale, the concept has opened nine locations in Arizona in 20 months. Last year brought openings in Tempe, Central Phoenix, Gilbert and Avondale, Arizona, according to the release. Coupled with the chain's 14 open units in California, it now has 23 units. 

"We've been extremely diligent in our site selection, marketing and efficient operations over the last two years which has really fueled our growth," Managing Partner Jason Jantzen said in the release. "We're very pleased to finally open in North Scottsdale as this area has been high on our list since inception."

Jantzen also owns Phoenix Marketing Associates, a marketing and PR firm in Scottsdale with experience in the restaurant and hospitality industries. Investor Michael Zimmerman, Jantzen 's business partners, has a strong background in the construction and service sectors, according to the release.
