7 Brew, a drive-thru beverage chain, is entering the retail market with a line of ready-to-drink canned coffees launching in Walmart stores across Arkansas.
The rollout, scheduled to begin March 14, features three flavored espresso drinks inspired by the brand's most popular menu items. The 11-ounce cans will retail for $2.98.
The move marks a strategic pivot for the Springdale-based company, which has grown to more than 600 drive-thru "stands" since its founding in Rogers, Arkansas. By moving into the ready-to-drink (RTD) category, the brand aims to capture consumers outside of its traditional physical locations.
"By introducing 7 Brew in ready-to-drink format, we can meet our customers in new places and extend the 7 Brew experience beyond our drive-thru stands," Chris Dawson, president of 7 Brew, said in a company press release.
The initial product lineup includes:
All three beverages use 100% Arabica espresso and real cream.
7 Brew's partnership with Walmart for the launch keeps the expansion close to home. The retail giant, also headquartered in Northwest Arkansas, was an early supporter of the beverage brand.
