4R Restaurant Group taps Jim Lewis for executive leadership role

Jim Lewis has been named president of signature products and food divisions for 4R Restaurant Group.

The company operates 14 Rivers Smokehouse units in Florida and Georgia, according to a press release. It plans to increase product distribution with grocery and convenience stores and move the brand into new venues, including airports, college campuses and amusement parks.

"We are thrilled to have someone with Jim's experience and accomplishments leading the efforts to grow our business outside of our traditional brick-and-mortar locations," said John Rivers, founder and CEO of 4R Restaurant Group, in the release. "Jim has a great track record, a strong faith and a reputation for delivering results with the highest level of integrity."

Prior to joining 4R Restaurant Group, Lewis served as CEO of Marilyn Monroe Spas. He also worked at Walmart as regional vice president and general manager for the northern and central regions of Florida. In addition, he spent 15 years in various roles with The Walt Disney Company.
