4R Restaurant Group adds 4 execs to leadership team

4R Restaurant Group hired Jim Bruce as CFO; Joel Chick as the restaurant's division president; Jim Lewis as the president of Signature Products and Monique Waldrop as CMO.

Tipping the scale at 800 employees, and following the opening of its 23rd Florida location, 4R Restaurant Group has added four members to its leadership team.

Jim Bruce is CFO; Joel Chick is the restaurant's division president; Jim Lewis is the president of Signature Products, and Monique Waldrop is CMO. The hires will usher in the brand's 2023 expansion goals, adding to a portfolio that includes 14 Rivers Smokehouse locations, 4R Cantina Barbacoa at Disney Springs; four 4 Rivers walk-up venues at ESPN Wide World of Sports; The COOP, as well as branded outlets at Camping World, Exploria, Spectrum and Doak Campbell Stadiums.

Prior to joining 4R, Bruce held positions as president, chief financial officer and chief operating officer in various industries and size companies and Chick was COO and EVP at Red Lobster. Lewis held c-level positions with Disney, Pepsi and Walmart, and Waldrop served as CMO of Tijuana Flats Tex-Mex restaurants.
