2 fast casuals expanding in Florida

March 8, 2019

Florida will soon be home to five Bolay and two 3Natives locations, according to a press release from Cohen Commercial Realty, which represented both brands in the lease agreements.

Tim Gannon, who founded Outback Steakhouse, opened the first Bolay three years ago with his son, Chris, in Florida. The brand, which specializes in gluten-free cuisine, now has nine units throughout the state of Florida and has signed agreements to open two units in Boca Raton, one in Miami Lakes, one in Pembroke Pines and one in Palm Beach Gardens.

3Natives, an acai and juice bar, has signed agreements to open two locations in Florida: a 1,330-square-foot space located at 7166 Del Mar Village in Boca Raton, and a 1,303-square-foot space at 14810-B Pines Bkvd., in Cobblestone Plaza in Pembroke Pines.

3Natives was founded in 2013, in Tequesta, Florida by Anthony Bambino. It has 12 units with another five opening by 2019.
