16 Handles, Oatly debut non-dairy pumpkin spice LTO

To celebrate the beginning of fall, 16 Handles, which has 30 locations, and Oatly have collaborated to create a non-dairy soft serve version of the viral seasonal flavor, pumpkin spice. Created with a blend of natural flavors combined with Oatly's oat milk as the base, the soft serve is available for a limited-time only through October, according to a company press release.

"We are excited to introduce this Pumpkin Spice non-dairy soft serve flavor in all of our stores this fall," CEO Neil Hershman said in the release. "Pumpkin is always one of our most popular seasonal flavors, and partnering with Oatly on this all-new recipe is the perfect way to start the season."

Founded in 2008, 16 Handles has an ongoing partnership with Oatly, often collaborating on seasonal flavors. They launched Chocolate Cake and Marshmallow and S'mores flavors this summer, for example. Not only is Oatly soft serve certified vegan, but it's also certified non-GMO, gluten-free and kosher.
