In June of 2025, he returned to Newk’s Eatery in the role of Chief Development Officer. In addition to traditional restaurant development, he has helped many of his brands develop restaurant locations in airports, university facilities, hospitals, and military bases. In total, he has led teams that have sold 700+ new franchise commitments, opened 500+ hundred new units, and reduced construction timelines and costs by as much as 30% in multiple brands.
