Schlotzsky's adds ribeye LTO

Schlotzsky's Bakery-Cafe announced the addition of five new ribeye steak entrees to its menu through Dec. 28.

Schlotzsky's Bakery-Cafe announced the addition of five new ribeye steak entrees now to its menu Nov. 3 – Dec. 28.

The new Hand-Carved Ribeye Steak lineup includes:

  • Steak 'n Bacon SmokeCheezy Sandwich: ribeye steak, bacon, roasted red peppers and smoked cheddar cheese topped with Southwest chipotle mayo served on a sourdough bun.
  • Steak, Guac & Red Peppers Sandwich: ribeye steak, Pepper Jack cheese, roasted vegetables, guacamole and chipotle pesto served on a jalapeño-cheese bun.
  • Chophouse Steak Salad: ribeye steak, roasted tomatoes, fried onions, bleu cheese crumbles, dried cranberries, served on field greens with choice of dressing.
  • Hand-Carved Ribeye Steak Flatbread: ribeye steak, bacon, roasted bell peppers, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, roasted tomatoes, green onion, bleu cheese crumbles, mayo and Andouille cream sauce.
  • Chophouse Steak Wrap: ribeye steak, roasted tomatoes, fried onions, bleu cheese crumbles, dried cranberries and field greens wrapped in a grain tortilla with choice of dressing.

"The new entrees offer generous portions of Hand-Carved Ribeye Steak to enhance some of our menu's most popular items," said Kelly Roddy, president of Schlotzsky's, in a company press release. "Aiming to satisfy our guest's comfort food cravings, the hearty flavor profile of the ribeye steak, carved by hand in our restaurants, complements the fresh ingredients and artisanal preparation for which our bakery-cafes are known."

Schlotzsky's is also offering holiday-themed gift cards. A bonus $5 card, valid Dec. 26 through Jan. 31, is included with the purchase of every $25 in cards.
