Slapfish opening 3rd Utah unit

Slapfish is opening its latest location this month in Park City, Utah, marking its third in the state but 11th unit overall. 
"We are beyond excited to introduce Park City residents and visitors to our crave-worthy seafood dishes," CEO and Founder Chef Andrew Gruel, said in a company press release. "With our fresh, locally sourced ingredients and creative flavor combinations, Slapfish will soon become a culinary destination for those seeking the quality of fine dining with the cost and convenience of fast food. We are redefining the fast casual seafood landscape, and we look forward to continued success in Utah."
Slapfish Park City is the third Slapfish restaurant to be opened by HN Capital. 

"After the response in Lehi and Sandy, we are thrilled to open our third Slapfish location in Park City," said Darryl Neider, HN Capital managing partner and owner. "Park City is a one-of-a-kind town, just like Slapfish is a one-of-a-kind concept. With an influx of tourists during the summer and winter months, and locals always on the lookout for something new, we are confident that Slapfish will be a huge success, offering a fun, relaxing and unique dining experience."
Founded by Chef Gruel in 2011, Slapfish started as a food truck serving boat-to-plate seafood, and now has 11 brick-and-mortar locations with upcoming openings in South Korea and the U.K. It also plans to open up to eight locations throughout Utah, and at least 60 across the Intermountain West region and Texas over the next decade, according to the release.
