Sharing recipes has long been a way to connect with others. Offering information about what we cook and how to cook it lets people know who we are and what we value. At Truitt Brothers, we are proud of our heritage. Being from Oregon means we have access to some of the freshest produce in the country, and our desire to create delicious food has led to some amazing recipes.
The Oregon in Chicago event, held during the 2012 National Restaurant Association Show, allowed us to showcase top Oregon chefs and local growers to foodservice professionals from across the country. We wanted to let others in on the secret of the goodness that comes from Oregon and provide a focus on the companies in Oregon that provide these products to the foodservice industry.
