Attendees were ready for their sampling of Five Guys Burgers & Fries. The food tour, in its second year, was developed for the Fast Casual Executive Summit as a good way for operators to bond during the event.
Part of the food tour included trivia questions for each of the restaurants. At Five Guys Burgers & Fries, print clippings from stories about the chain provided helpful information.
